Can you provide same-day services?
Yes! Of course, Maruti Express provides same-day services. But it depends upon how busy we are on that day. You can easily book our services for a specific day, like your week off and holidays.
When do I book my removal?
It is advised to book your removal as early as feasible. Because if you want to shift, bear it in your mind and go for it without getting late. And most importantly don't think about anything and go ahead booking and get a smooth and straightforward service. So, if you want to relocate, just knock once.
Does Shift cover my area?
We pride ourselves on servicing the entirety of the motherland and being able to serve wherever you want! You can easily find the places from our website; if you are not getting to your area, don't panic, we will surely provide services to you. For this purpose, you only have to get in touch with us once!
What happens if a package or box is damaged due to inadequate packing done by the customer?
We bear a limited penalty to owner-packed goods because we do not know how the goods are packed, what type of materials are used for easing, and the actual condition of the goods before packing. If we are responsible for damaging owner-packed goods, we take responsibility, but that is limited. We offer complete insurance packages to cater for all eventualities, and for a small extra fee, the customers can benefit from fully covered moves.
Can you plug in all my appliances?
We can connect and disconnect any devices for you except gas ones. However, we do not drill walls and cannot join your illustrations unless pre-arranged with us. In such circumstances, we will put a handyperson to do this professionally. Top Removals can also assist with placing a gas-safe engineer to secure your gas appliances.
What access is needed for your removal lorry?
Our awareness should be drawn to any local height, length, and weight limitations. Please let us know if turning off into a narrow route is applied to the entrance to either address. Parking permits have to be settled and positioned by the customer. However, we are delighted to oblige by introducing an application to the regional representatives.
What if I want to cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking before the final process of the shifting. If you cancel before you are assigned staff, you may not charge and get a refund. But, If you cancel before 48 hours of your booking, you may be charged partially. Thus, Within 48 hours of the move, you will be charged 100% of the booking as one of our Shifters will have blocked out time for your shifting.
Do you provide packing materials?
Yah! If you need packing materials, we do provide them. In addition, if you want a packing and shifting expert, we also offer the same, but it may lead to an additional charge.
How does an on-site survey work?
Our surveyors are very professional and can estimate all demanded resources and draw a moving program for the client. They count the complexity of the relocation, whether we have to disassemble and reassemble furniture, are there any awkward or difficult to handle items, antiques, pieces of art, etc. The surveyor's job is to estimate the total volume, number and materials needed, where the vehicle can stay, and access for safe shifting procedures. Also, we look for any parking, type limitations, extended or stair carry, which floor the goods are located on, and whether an outer lift is needed or not. Relying on the type of shifting and sophistication, they will guide the number of movers and days required to finish an individual project. Our surveyors will notify the client and often be concerned about the job's risk assessment.
